Located in Jeddah, KSA. Sumou towers formerly known as “Lamar Towers”. 13c Design studio role was not limited to design and construction information of the Mall & Offices areas.
Novotel Al Anoud Hotel

Located in Riyadh, KSA, 13c’s scope involved a full renovation for all public areas and guest rooms.
Implementing ACCOR’s Guidelines and providing bespoke solutions that would match the culture alongside the procurement support and construction documentation.
Radisson Al Khobar Hotel

Located in Al Khobar, KSA. Renovating the existing “Park inn by Radisson” hotel and converting the existing elements according to the Radisson’s Code and guidelines.
